These terms govern your use of thecleanmind.com (the "Site") and any product, course, audio pack, or coaching session purchased from us (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Site or purchasing the Services, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
The Clean Mind is operated by Dr. Jyothish K, an individual practitioner based in India. References to "we", "us", "our" mean Dr. Jyothish K. References to "you" mean the user or purchaser.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Site or purchase the Services. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Products and pricing
We offer digital products (online course, audio packs, PDFs and workbooks) and 1:1 coaching sessions. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not apply to orders already placed.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms in addition to these. We do not store your card, UPI, or netbanking details on our servers.
5. Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund window on most paid products, subject to product-specific rules for digital content (course consumption, audio downloads, delivered PDFs, completed coaching sessions). See our full Refund Policy for details.
6. 1:1 Coaching — booking and cancellation
- Coaching sessions are scheduled at the time of purchase or via a link sent by email.
- If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice by replying to your confirmation email. We will reschedule once at no charge.
- If you miss a session without 24 hours' notice, the session is treated as delivered and is non-refundable.
- If we (Dr. Jyothish K) have to cancel a session, we will offer a full reschedule or a full refund of that session — your choice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account, login, course access, or downloadable files with people who have not paid.
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly post any of our paid content.
- Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose.
If we reasonably believe you have breached this section, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and inside the Services — including audio recordings, written material, course videos, and branding — is owned by Dr. Jyothish K and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works.
9. Health and disclaimer
The Clean Mind is an educational mindset and performance practice. It is not a medical or psychological service and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our full Disclaimer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the relevant product in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Services.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, abuse the Services, or behave in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or disrespectful to us or other users.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our place of business (currently Kerala, India).
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below will always reflect when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site or Services after a change means you accept the new terms.
