These terms govern your use of thecleanmind.com (the "Site") and any paid or free educational program, webinar, digital resource, community feature, or related service offered by The Clean Mind (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Site, registering for a program or webinar, or purchasing a Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
The Clean Mind is operated by Dr. Jyothish K, an individual practitioner based in India. References to "we", "us", "our" mean Dr. Jyothish K. References to "you" mean the user or purchaser.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Site or purchase the Services. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Programs, products and pricing
Our current flagship paid offer is The Clean Mind Protocol™, a live educational program for everyday overthinking, with accompanying implementation resources and bonuses as described on the relevant offer page. We may add other educational programs, webinars, digital resources or services in the future.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Any applicable taxes or statutory charges, if required, will be disclosed at checkout. Prices and promotional offers may change, but changes will not affect an order already completed.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through the payment gateway displayed at checkout, which may include Razorpay once activated. Payment credentials such as full card, UPI PIN, or netbanking login details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by The Clean Mind. By completing a payment, you also agree to the applicable payment provider's terms.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation rights depend on the type and timing of the Service. For The Clean Mind Protocol™ and other live programs, the rules on the Refund Policy page apply, including the cut-off before the first live session begins. Please review that policy before completing payment.
6. Live programs, access and delivery
The Clean Mind currently delivers its paid programs and included resources electronically. We do not currently ship physical goods. Access links, live-session details, and digital materials are delivered through the website, email, WhatsApp, webinar/course platforms, or another electronic method stated on the offer page.
- Live-session dates, access instructions, platform links and any included resources will be communicated on the offer page, by email, WhatsApp, or another channel stated at registration.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for joining the live sessions at the communicated time.
- Recordings or replays are provided only when the offer page expressly says they are included. A missed live session does not automatically create a right to a replay or refund.
- Digital bonuses, worksheets or audio resources are delivered electronically and may be subject to separate access periods stated on the offer page.
- If we cancel the entire paid program and do not provide a reasonable rescheduled cohort, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for that program.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account, login, course access, or downloadable files with people who have not paid.
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly post any of our paid content.
- Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose.
If we reasonably believe you have breached this section, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and inside the Services — including audio recordings, written material, course videos, and branding — is owned by Dr. Jyothish K and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works.
9. Health and disclaimer
The Clean Mind is an online educational platform providing programs, webinars, and digital learning resources about everyday thinking patterns, mindset, attention, and performance. It is not a medical or psychological service and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our full Disclaimer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the relevant product in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Services.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, abuse the Services, or behave in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or disrespectful to us or other users.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our place of business (currently Kerala, India).
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below will always reflect when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site or Services after a change means you accept the new terms.
