A practical 3-day program to help you understand everyday overthinking, create space from repetitive thoughts, and respond with greater clarity. Followed by 21 days of structured implementation.
Protocol™ · 3 Days
Patterns that show up when the noise is loud. Most of them are quiet, daily, and easy to miss.
Your first step into The Clean Mind Protocol™. A 90-minute live class — predominantly Malayalam with simple English.
Reserve My Free SeatIn this class you'll discover: why incomplete information creates mental stories, thinking vs repetitive chatter, the basic overthinking loop, the certainty trap, fact vs what your mind adds, a simple perspective experiment, your first Mini Clear-Mind Reset, and one question to take home.
Recognition + your first practical tool.
3 live days of teaching, practice, and worksheets.
Daily reset, weekly check-ins, Q&A at day 7, 14, 21.
Participants learn to recognise useful thinking vs chatter, separate what happened from what the mind added, identify repeating mental scripts, recognise certainty-seeking, and build their personal Overthinking Map.
Participants practise the 90-Second Emergency Reset, breathing and grounding, naming thoughts without fighting them, creating distance from thoughts, the Zoom-Out perspective, returning attention to the present, and the 10-Minute Daily Clean Mind Practice.
Participants learn fact vs assumption, balanced thinking, possible vs probable, information vs certainty, support vs reassurance, "What if? → What then?", the Past = Learn, Future = Plan, Present = Act framework, and the ACT / SCHEDULE / ALLOW decision model.

For moments when the loop suddenly starts.
For daily training — the main practice.
For seeing patterns clearly.
For deliberately widening attention.
For selected situations where carrying an old event is keeping the mind engaged.
For returning attention to what is happening now.
A note on forgiveness. Forgiveness in this program does not mean approval, forgetting, or mandatory reconciliation. It is a practice for releasing the mental load of an old event — so the mind can move forward with more bandwidth.
You function normally in everyday life, but:
This is an educational self-help program for everyday overthinking.
It is not:
People with severe or persistent symptoms should seek appropriate qualified professional help.
I have experienced overthinking around studies, career choices, and important decisions — just like many of you reading this.
Instead of trying to simply "stop thinking," I became interested in understanding why the mind gets caught in these patterns in the first place.
I studied useful ideas from psychology, behaviour change, decision-making, and practical self-help frameworks — and then organised the most usable ideas into one simple system.
The result is The Clean Mind Protocol™.
